This early experience opened a deeper connection to presence, ritual, and Asian healing traditions.<\/p><p>Over time, this path naturally expanded into mindfulness, Chinese medicine, and Qi-Gong.<\/p><p>I have completed more than 1,000 hours of mindfulness and MBSR training, including 840 hours of intensive professional teacher education. My practice later deepened through a 12-month Shaolin self-mastery program and further Qigong studies in Thailand.<\/p><p>Living in the Norwegian mountains, I began integrating mindfulness into everyday life through breath, movement, and nature-based practice.
