Abych se pro v\u00e1s stal zp\u016fsobil\u00fdm u\u010ditelem, nebo jak preferuji ozna\u010den\u00ed, pr\u016fvodcem v oblasti Mindfulness.<\/p>\n<p>Tato cesta zde neza\u010dala a ani neskon\u010dila. V\u0161\u00edmavosti se v\u011bnuji ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let a jsem dr\u017eitelem certifik\u00e1t\u016f jako a <strong>praktikuj\u00edc\u00ed Mindfulness a u\u010ditel Mindfulness<\/strong> (prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm NOCNA- Nordic Coach a NLP akademie) a jako a <strong>certifikovan\u00fd NLP praktik<\/strong>. Tak\u00e9 ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let praktikuji a studuji <strong>C\u010dhi Kung<\/strong> a <strong>Tai Chi Chuan<\/strong> Tato cvi\u010den\u00ed jsem aplikoval do praxe Mindfulness a naopak. Za tuto dobu jsem se z\u00fa\u010dastnil ji\u017e n\u011bkolika <strong>Medita\u010dn\u00edch \u00fastran\u00ed v tichu,<\/strong>, v trv\u00e1n\u00ed 7-10 dn\u00ed<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co je MBSR a pro\u010d je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), vyvinut <strong>Dr. Jon Kabate Zinnem<\/strong>, byl praktikov\u00e1n a zkoum\u00e1n ji\u017e d\u00e9le <strong>ne\u017e 45 let.<\/strong>Jedn\u00e1 se o sekul\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup Mindfulness, upraven\u00fd zejm\u00e9na z buddhistick\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed <strong>Zen a th\u00e9rav\u00e1dov\u00e9ho buddhismu<\/strong>, ale zbaven n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fdch koncept\u016f. M\u00edsto toho se zam\u011b\u0159uje na rozum, v\u011bdu a porozum\u011bn\u00ed. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k Mindfulness je rozv\u00edjen\u00ed <strong>nehodnot\u00edc\u00edho, nereaktivn\u00edho uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>\u2014 b\u00fdt pln\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomni a v\u011bdomi si v\u0161ech aspekt\u016f na\u0161eho vnit\u0159n\u00edho a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se v na\u0161em ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fdm okam\u017eikem m\u011bn\u00ed. U\u010d\u00edme se je vid\u011bt a p\u0159ij\u00edmat se soucitem s t\u00edm, jak\u00e9 jsou nebo jac\u00ed jsme a reagovat na neust\u00e1le se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed ud\u00e1losti s moudrost\u00ed nam\u00edsto automatick\u00e9, reaktivn\u00ed mysli a vzorc\u016f chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prok\u00e1zan\u00e9 v\u00fdhody MBSR a v\u0161\u00edmavosti:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>V\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed stresu a \u00fazkosti<\/li>\n<li>Lep\u0161\u00ed emo\u010dn\u00ed regulace a odolnost<\/li>\n<li>Zlep\u0161en\u00e9 soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed a kognitivn\u00ed funkce<\/li>\n<li>Zlep\u0161en\u00ed fyzick\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed krevn\u00edho tlaku<\/li>\n<li>\u00da\u010dinn\u00e1 podpora p\u0159i l\u00e9\u010db\u011b bolesti a zotaven\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161\u00edmavost neboli Mindfulness je \u010dasto vn\u00edm\u00e1na jako <strong>most mezi v\u00fdchodn\u00ed a z\u00e1padn\u00ed prax\u00ed<\/strong>, ale v\u00edc ne\u017e to, je to a <strong>univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed lidsk\u00e1 dovednost<\/strong>. Spojuje n\u00e1s s na\u0161\u00ed pravou p\u0159irozenost\u00ed, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed v\u011bdom\u00ed o na\u0161ich my\u0161lenk\u00e1ch, emoc\u00edch a pocitech v p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9m okam\u017eiku. Tato praxe mi poskytla neoceniteln\u00e9 porozum\u011bn\u00ed \u0161irok\u00fdm perspektiv\u00e1m \u017eivota a umo\u017enila mi rozv\u00edjet a zvy\u0161ovat schopnost p\u0159ijet\u00ed, odolnost a vitalitu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Celo\u017eivotn\u00ed praxe v\u0161\u00edmavosti<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u0161\u00edmavost nen\u00ed n\u011bco, \u010deho dos\u00e1hnete a pak odlo\u017e\u00edte stranou. Je to dovednost, jako ka\u017ed\u00fd sval, kter\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje neust\u00e1l\u00fd tr\u00e9nink a zdokonalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Co jsem se t\u00edmto procesem nau\u010dil, je to <strong>, \u017ee dokonalost nen\u00ed c\u00edlem<\/strong>\u2013 jde o to nech\u00e1vat odej\u00edt, p\u0159ijmout a v\u00edtat p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd okam\u017eik bez ohledu na okolnosti. V\u0161\u00edmavost nab\u00edz\u00ed \u201en\u00e1vrat dom\u016f\u201c k n\u00e1m sam\u00fdm, k na\u0161emu j\u00e1dru lidstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokra\u010duji ve studiu a praktikov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161\u00edmavosti ve sv\u00e9m ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b. Moje cesta nyn\u00ed zahrnuje dal\u0161\u00ed zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed a studia do <strong>pr\u016fse\u010d\u00edku v\u0161\u00edmavosti s psychosomatick\u00e9 medic\u00edny<\/strong>, neurov\u011bdy a starov\u011bk\u00e9ho cvi\u010den\u00ed  Qi-Gong (\u010desky \u010cchi Kung).<\/p>\n<p>Jak prohlubuji sv\u00e9 porozum\u011bn\u00ed, m\u00fdm c\u00edlem je sd\u00edlet tento n\u00e1stroj s ostatn\u00edmi. Pevn\u011b \u200b\u200bv\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee v\u0161\u00edmavost nab\u00edz\u00ed <strong>jedinou realistickou kotvu<\/strong> ve sv\u011bt\u011b neust\u00e1l\u00fdch zm\u011bn. Je to dar, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee prosp\u011bt <strong>komukoliv, v jak\u00e9koli f\u00e1zi \u017eivota<\/strong>, bez ohledu na p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed nebo prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ze kter\u00e9ho vych\u00e1z\u00ed..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e1ce Jona Kabata-Zinna skrze MBSR uk\u00e1zala<\/strong>, \u017ee v\u0161\u00edmavost, i kdy\u017e je prastar\u00e1, je dnes vysoce relevantn\u00ed a je podporov\u00e1na <strong>nes\u010detn\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm v\u011bdeck\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f<\/strong>. S <strong>psychosomatickou medic\u00ednou<\/strong> a <strong>neurobehavior\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u011bdou<\/strong> tak jak postupuj\u00ed ve sv\u00fdch poznatc\u00edch,si za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me uv\u011bdomovat, \u017ee tyto starov\u011bk\u00e9 praktiky jsou neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b v souladu s poznatky modern\u00edmi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hled\u00edc kup\u0159edu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Moje cesta zde nekon\u010d\u00ed. Budu pokra\u010dovat v integraci v\u0161\u00edmavosti do sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, sv\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed a sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota. Jsem odhodl\u00e1n z\u016fstat uzemn\u011bn\u00fd v t\u011bchto praktik\u00e1ch a roz\u0161i\u0159ovat sv\u00e9 ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed toho, jak se spojuj\u00ed se starov\u011bk\u00e9 moudrosti s modern\u00ed v\u011bdou.<\/p>\n<p>\u017dijeme ve st\u00e1le v\u00edce odpojen\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b \u2013 kde je pozornost \u010dasto odv\u00e1d\u011bna na obrazovky a jin\u00e9 ru\u0161iv\u00e9 prvky.
