M\u00edsto toho, abychom p\u0159ed bolest\u00ed nebo nepohodl\u00edm ut\u00edkali, u\u010d\u00edme se b\u00fdt s nimi a vid\u011bt je jasn\u011b bez reakc\u00ed. Naopak, kdy\u017e se nau\u010d\u00edme p\u0159ij\u00edmat jak dobr\u00e9, tak \u0161patn\u00e9 s otev\u0159enost\u00ed, osvobod\u00edme se z tohoto nekone\u010dn\u00e9ho cyklu hled\u00e1n\u00ed a odporu.<\/p><p>\u017divot bez obt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed prost\u011b neexistuje. \u010c\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve p\u0159estaneme tuto pravdu odm\u00edtat, t\u00edm d\u0159\u00edve nalezneme m\u00edr jak v p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch, tak v nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch okam\u017eic\u00edch. \u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se zapoj\u00edme do \u017eivotn\u00edch v\u00fdzev, t\u00edm v\u00edce rosteme v odolnosti, zdrav\u00ed a \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed.
