V\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed tento proud zcela pohlt\u00ed. Zam\u011b\u0148ujeme p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh v na\u0161\u00ed hlav\u011b za pravdu, a ten se pak st\u00e1v\u00e1 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159em, podle kter\u00e9ho \u017eijeme.<\/p><p>Ale \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 trval\u00e1 prom\u011bna nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1, pokud se nev\u011bdom\u011b ztoto\u017e\u0148ujeme s t\u00edmto proudem. Jak \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dispenza, mysl\u00edme stejn\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, c\u00edt\u00edme stejn\u00e9 emoce a d\u011bl\u00e1me stejn\u00e9 v\u011bci \u2014 den za dnem \u2014 a pak se div\u00edme, \u017ee se nic nem\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p><p>Abychom se osvobodili, mus\u00edme se nau\u010dit \u2014 s d\u016fslednost\u00ed a laskavost\u00ed \u2014 probouzet se z tohoto transu.<\/p><p>Nejde o jednor\u00e1zovou ud\u00e1lost, ale o discipl\u00ednu. V\u0161\u00edmavost je dovednost. V\u011bdom\u00ed je sval. Mus\u00edme se ka\u017ed\u00fd den znovu vracet do p\u0159\u00edtomnosti, v\u0161imnout si, kdy jsme sklouzli do star\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu, a jemn\u011b se navr\u00e1tit zp\u011bt.
