Through meditation, gentle movement, silence, and nature immersion, you will learn how to slow down and reconnect — both during the retreat and in everyday life.

No prior experience needed.

Led by Josef Beran — certified mindfulness teacher (MBSR), yoga and qigong instructor, with over a decade of experience in somatic and therapeutic work.
