Om Meg

Omfavn Mindfulness med Josef Beran

Integrative Mindfulness Teacher & Somatic Wellbeing Guide

I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck
reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous system,
and cultivate clarity, resilience, and embodied wellbeing.

My work bridges evidence-based mindfulness (MBSR) with somatic practices,
Qi-Gong, yoga, breathwork, and therapeutic bodywork — creating a grounded,
practical approach to personal transformation.

Rather than offering quick fixes, I guide people toward sustainable change
through awareness, presence, and integration into everyday life.

Essensen av mitt arbeid

My work is about helping people reconnect with their inner resources. Through mindfulness, conscious movement, and breath-based practices, I support individuals in developing clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of balance. It is not about escaping life, but but learning how to meet it with awareness, stability, and presence.

Omfattende reise i Mindfulness:

My journey into contemplative practice began at the age of 17 in a traditional teahouse, where I studied the art of tea and became a Tea Master by the age of 20. This early experience opened a deeper connection to presence, ritual, and Asian healing traditions.

Over time, this path naturally expanded into mindfulness, Chinese medicine, and Qi-Gong.

I have completed more than 1,000 hours of mindfulness and MBSR training, including 840 hours of intensive professional teacher education. My practice later deepened through a 12-month Shaolin self-mastery program and further Qigong studies in Thailand.

Living in the Norwegian mountains, I began integrating mindfulness into everyday life through breath, movement, and nature-based practice. This journey also took me to Nepal, where I completed advanced yoga and meditation training and received an internationally recognised RYT-500 certification.

Alongside my teaching, I have trained extensively in therapeutic bodywork and breathwork, shaping my integrative and embodied approach to wellbeing.

I have also participated in multiple silent meditation retreats of either western Mindfulness aproach, Japanese Zen, or Vipassana traditions of 7–10 days, deepening my understanding of stillness, awareness, and inner transformation.

For me, this path has never been only about learning techniques,
but about living the practice, and guiding others to do the same.

Work with me

If you feel called to deepen your practice, reconnect with yourself,
or explore a more embodied way of living, you are welcome to join me.

I believe mindfulness is not only a practice on the meditation cushion, but a way of meeting life with awareness, compassion, and courage.
